Different delivery options are available on Lenshop.in. Please be aware that unexpected events can occasionally cause delays in shipments. Every cargo is provided with full insurance.

At this time, we can only deliver to addresses in indian postal codes only . We are unable to ship internationally or to all Post Office Boxes.

All shipments are shipped using our Standard service level to APO/FPO addresses. Once the order has been dispatched, we anticipate that it will take 7 – 10 business days for delivery; however, some locations may require more time.

Procedure Times

Each Custom order is handcrafted according to your requirements. Due to this, please give your unique creation up to 3 days to be built before delivery.

If you bought a Rx item, it can take the lab 5-7 days to make your lenses (after your Rx has been received and approved), as we only use the best materials. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships out including the carrier utilised and the related tracking number. Please be aware that some of the items in your order can arrive from different places, and that unexpected delays occasionally happen. • Most in-stock items are ready for free in-store pickup within two hours at no additional cost.

• Now that you have the option, you can pick up your order at the Lenshop

  Store. Our employees will be pleased to help you with your order when you pick it up.

• Choose "Pickup in store" from the cart's options, then pick a store from the list.

• The majority of in-stock items will be labelled "AVAILABLE TODAY" and available for pickup within 2 business hours.

• Due to the fact that we may always ship to the shop for free, items that are out of stock are also advertised as AVAILABLE IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.

NOTE: You can pick up your purchase whenever is most convenient for you! Orders will be available for pick-up in the store for up to a week. Remember to check the store hours.
