PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE
Within 15 days after delivery, product returns and exchanges are eligible for a refund using your original payment method. The item must be replaced or returned in its original packaging and in brand-new, resalable condition. (The condition in which you received your things qualifies as being in a saleable condition.)
Customized products are not returnable.
The product must be packaged and transported using a carrier that will offer insurance and monitoring capabilities for customers who are unable to visit the store to return or exchange the merchandise.
To file a refund, adhere to these procedures:
- To submit a return request, go to https://www.lenshop.in/support/order-return and fill out the form.
- Choose either UPS Pick-Up OR UPS Store Dropoff (with or without a printed label) as your return method.
- Transfer the parcel to UPS.
- Once your return has been completed and a refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Once the refund has been processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
RETURN TO THE STORE
- Your orders placed on Lenshop.in are accepted for return at our Lenshop Stores. We'll give you a full refund if you visit the closest Store listed on our Store Locator, bring your product, the receipt from your purchase, and the original packaging. Please give the credit up to 5 business days to appear on your account.
